Images are able to uploaded into the frame through the software, You might need to uninstall the software in your system first, and follow the steps below:

1. Re-install the software "PHOTOVIEWER".
2. When you see the conversation chart, which says "Plug in your frame and select UPDATE", just connect the unit with your PC with the USB cable; (Please do not connect them until you system ask you to do that) .
3. After your PC finish detecting the new devices, please press CANCEL of the format request.
4. Re-open the PHOTOVIEWER and upload the pictures you want into the unit and enjoy.

* If errors appear during using the software under Windows Vista, please select XP compatible mode before starting up the software.
